Villa Lujo

Villa Lujo is a celebration of balance — between the grandeur of neoclassical French architecture and the fluid ease of contemporary luxury. The core idea lies in translating classical symmetry and refinement into a light, sculptural form that breathes with movement. The central glass wave, both an art object and a metaphor, embodies this duality — tradition meeting innovation, stillness meeting flow. YODEZEEN YODEZEEN YODEZEEN YODEZEEN The palette blends timeless nobility with contemporary restraint. Fine marbles with soft veins — in ivory, sand, and pearl-gray tones — define the architectural rhythm. Polished brass and sculpted plaster details reference the classical heritage, while large glass... More

casa eg

Looking for a formal simplicity, EG home demonstrates how even a white wall can be a protagonist and not just a simple background. The plaster frames that embrace the walls fight symmetry, breaking it where possible, turning at every corner, and take over any spaces that are not always theirs. All under the eyes of wall lights, inviting the visitor to keep going. Luigi Mirabelli Luigi Mirabelli The glossy Carrara marble-effect tiles reflect the light, unifying the space that appears immaculate and frozen in time. Luigi Mirabelli Luigi Mirabelli The furnishings do not want to stand out, blending in and delimiting the open space areas, with the exception of the table, measuring two meters and seventy centimeters, an elem... Flat 1 South Kensington SW7 London

T&V Architects has designed the interior of an apartment in South Kensington, London, adopting eco-friendly strategies and natural materials. The three-bedroom flat is located at walking distance from the Gloucester Road Station, occupying the first floor of a terraced house. “The goal was to design a contemporary space where the client could feel comfortable and contemplate his sculptures and paintings”, said architect Paola Tuosto. “As a consequence, in the project we included finishes that remind of his trips to Italy and created proper spaces for the artworks. The installation of small spotlights and the use of refined natural finishes give the flat the look of a welcoming home, but certainly not an art gallery&... More

Home for Ana and Pau

In the collective imagination, the worst thing about a mid terrace house, a place which by definition is deep with most of its sides being shared parameters, is darkness. It is true that in houses of this kind it is common to find oppressive spaces, the result of a complicated spatial management when an appropriate professional has not been consulted and when loving care is not given.  Looking at Pablo Muñoz Payá’s project “A home for Ana and Pau” we can see how the antithesis of this perception can be achieved, free from the connotations that such typologies may entail. The home is situated on a 120m2 plot in the centre of Elda, with only an 8.64m front on the exterior and 13.34m in depth. The buildin... More
