Casa La Sofía (Barrio Costa Esmeralda, Bs As)
Casa La Sofía is located in the Costa Esmeralda neighborhood, on the coast of Buenos Aires, very close to Pinamar.
As it is a weekend house, the aim was to ensure easy maintenance, which is why stone was chosen as the primary material.
The project proposes a house with simple lines, where all bedrooms are located on the ground floor, except for the master bedroom, which is situated on the upper floor.

Casa Isidro (Barrio Costa Esmeralda)
Casa Isidro is located in the Costa Esmeralda neighborhood, very close to Pinamar (Buenos Aires).

The goal was to create a comfortable weekend house with ocean views from every room. For this reason, the house was elevated as much as possible.

It also needed to be low-maintenance and blend in with its surroundings, which is why colors and stone were used.

G2 House
The house is designed as a two-level volume that faces the lagoon and beach front of the condominium. The first level, containing the entrance, parking, and private bedroom area, is visually below the boardwalk level and is conceived as a solid concrete base that emerges from the ground. The second level, made up of the social core and master bedroom area, in contrast, is devised as a light element that rests on its base and opens towards the landscape and horizon.

THE LOIZA HOUSE
The views of nature and the sea were the anchor points of the design, adapting to the natural terrain that runs down the ravine. The architecture highlights this medium slope, ending in a small forest of native Chilean vegetation.This project commissioned by the Loiza Palacios family is the design of their definitive home to live in Pichilemu and leave behind the busy capital of Chile, Santiago.
