CASA FACU

CASA FACU is located in the rural surroundings of Estancia Grande, San Luis. The project was conceived as a contemporary country house defined by generous spaces and a strong connection with its natural surroundings. Set on a large plot overlooking the mountains, the house was designed with extensive glazed surfaces throughout, while a continuous perimeter gallery creates a seamless connection between the interiors and the landscape. The residence is organized primarily on a single level and constructed in exposed concrete. The main exception is the master suite, located on the upper floor within a stone-clad volume.
