CASA FACU is located in the rural surroundings of Estancia Grande, San Luis.
The project was conceived as a contemporary country house defined by generous spaces and a strong connection with its natural surroundings. Set on a large plot overlooking the mountains, the house was designed with extensive glazed surfaces throughout, while a continuous perimeter gallery creates a seamless connection between the interiors and the landscape.
The residence is organized primarily on a single level and constructed in exposed concrete. The main exception is the master suite, located on the upper floor within a stone-clad volume. Stone is also used in the entrance volume, which houses the garages.
Slightly detached from the main house, this volume creates an intimate internal courtyard containing a wine cellar and a small museum.
An independent volume accommodates the guest area and a gym. One of the house's most distinctive features is a green ramp leading to the roof terrace, further integrating the architecture with the surrounding landscape.
