Nestled within the serene expanse of northern Greater Buenos Aires, an 800m² plot in a private residential enclave presents a defining singularity: its adjacency to only one neighbour along one of its longer flanks. This exceptional condition sculpts a dwelling with two principal facades, deliberately exposed with clarity to both the street and a vast adjacent green space, establishing an immediate dialogue with its surroundings.

Luxury villa in Sotogrande
This custom-designed, modular luxury residence has an area of 290 m² distributed over a single floor, representing a true oasis of comfort and elegance. It includes an additional structure known as a "pool house", which complements the main residence, creating an even more luxurious atmosphere. The villa, designed with an M-shaped layout, boasts a contemporary design and uses industrialized modular construction techniques, reinterpreting the classic and recognisable Mediterranean architecture.
