The landscape design of the plot, directed by the Rocío Sainz de Rozas studio, offers a unique sensorial experience, highlighting the vines as the protagonists of the vegetation and surrounding them with extensive green areas.

Upon entering the villa, we are greeted by a living room and a spacious kitchen, both clearly defined but connected to each other. Both areas share access to a spectacular porch that overlooks an impressive and luminous landscape made up of gardens and a swimming pool. The master suite, which occupies an entire wing, guarantees unparalleled privacy. Fitted with an office, dressing room and a bathroom that includes an impressive bathtub, the suite opens onto a private outdoor enclave, where an outdoor shower offers a particularly pleasant retreat during the summer months.

In addition, down the hallway there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, while next to the kitchen there is a cozy single bedroom. The villa has a separate guest residence, affectionately known as the "pool house".
