The most differentiating element of this residence is that it is a ‘cross house’: the upper volume is situated perpendicular to the construction of the ground floor, thus forming an attractive figure, with cantilevers, facing the two main façades.

This prefabricated house on the Costa Dorada is inspired by the Lloret model of Casas inHAUS. As usual, it includes changes, because the homes in the 111 Collection usually include customisations. In this Mediterranean villa, for example, the day and night areas are reversed. In addition, it includes several adaptations - from the original model - for the office and the playroom.

G2 House
The house is designed as a two-level volume that faces the lagoon and beach front of the condominium. The first level, containing the entrance, parking, and private bedroom area, is visually below the boardwalk level and is conceived as a solid concrete base that emerges from the ground. The second level, made up of the social core and master bedroom area, in contrast, is devised as a light element that rests on its base and opens towards the landscape and horizon.
