OLIVO SPORTS ARENA
Tejas Borja makes a made-to-measure ceramic grid for the facade of the OLIVO SPORTS ARENA in Jaén.Opened in April 2021, the Olivo Sports Arena is one of the latest large public construction projects to be completed. It is located in the Jaén Provincial Trade Fair and Conference Centre (IFEJA) and covers 41,300 square metres. With an oval-shape design and a sports field in its centre, the building is about 50 metres long and 30 metres wide.
It is a unique sports venue designed to be used for professional competitions in indoor football, basketball, handball and tennis, as well as to host large events such as concerts and other cultural activities.

3-D green tile pattern key to the total transformation of this Lisbon villa
Spacious, light and functional are words to describe this ambitious transformation of a 70-year old villa in Lisbon undertaken by architect João Tiago Aguiar. Starting with a simplification of the existing façade openings and transformation of sill windows into French windows, the exterior improvements go much further, with the application of handmade 3-D green tiles to the exterior volume at the lower level, providing balance with the natural green environment.

Eleven Tourist Apartments And Two Shops
This work has consisted of completely rehabilitating a building in the center of Seville to turn it into a building of tourist apartments and shops. The building was the historic headquarters of Almacenes Arias, traditional weaving shop of the capital of Seville, on the pedestrian and commercial street Puente y Pellón. During its history it underwent different renovations, some due to the fire that took place in the year 75, being a heterogeneous construction materially and structurally.
