Assuming a maximum service life of 20 years, the new building for the multi-collection point will be constructed as a mixed steel/wood structure. Neubau Haus Kaufmann, Chur

On the street side, a 4.5-meter-high retaining wall separates the garden area from the access road. The ground floor, the living area, opens onto the terrace created by this wall, with a large cooking and dining area. The upper floor houses the evening rooms, with living rooms and bedrooms. The attic serves as access to the large roof terrace with views of the Grisons Oberland. Inside and out, the house is constructed in solid masonry and plastered with natural lime mortar, while all fixtures such as windows, doors, and sliding shutters are made of solid wood.
