Remove the existing 1960 bathhouse, that was at the end of its useful life, and blocked views to Lake Washinton and replace it with a new bathhouse with seasonal and all season restrooms, storage, paddle board concessions, lifeguard station and outdoor showers. 258号公园位于Qu州西部的地理和经济中心，前身是1980年代的轻工业纺织厂。该设计旨在保护和改造旧工厂，并建立一个创新的，可持续的就业基地，营造花园式的工作和生活方式。    规划的目的是建立一个具有高效率联动的低碳生态园区，形成“一轴，一环，四组两点”，“一轴”为南北中轴线。“一环”是绿色景观环；“四个区域”是电子商务办公小组，文化创意和信息软件小组，综合服务小组和公园绿地小组；“两个点”是南北入口。   以新关与新未来为主题，再现棉花文化，增添城市新感觉，将历史与现代融为一体，打造zhou州智慧城市的中心。同时，以互联网创新和文化创意研发为核心，保留网站记忆，创建充满活力的开放城市公园和新的电子商务产业园。该设计充分完善了棉花的语言，将以前在棉花工厂中使用过的纺锤和线重新用作公园的装饰。   最初的建筑风格是包豪斯建筑；整体结构仍保持其完整性和外墙线条，比例仍然与独特的美学感觉和谐统一。本着替换和填充的设计理念，我们适度开放了一些大型封闭式工厂，并增加了新建筑物作为公共艺术空间，并逐步进行了从内到外的改造。我们无意定义明确的边界，而是尝试建立动态，交互式，灵活的框架，以使其自身不断适应城市的新需求。 More

A park as a spatial anchor The Caspar Wittelplantsoen is a new park in the city of Amersfoort in the Netherlands. It connects the new buildings of the Soesterkwartier along the Puntenburgerlaan with the existing buildings and acts as a green meeting place for both old and new residents. The ambition is, on a relatively small area, to create an abundance of green.
