Reconstruction of Uspenska Square

The Ukrainian city of Dnipro has opened a renovated Uspenska Square, one of the oldest squares in the city. It was established more than 200 years ago. Dnipro is now an industrial city with over a million dwellers located 100 kilometers from the front line of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The reconstruction of Uspenska Square began in 2021, with 80% of the work completed, but in February 2022, the construction was forced to stop due to the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. But despite the ongoing war, the city is still trying to live: IDPs are coming here, and residents who left the city are returning. Tatneft Office Tower

A part of administrative cluster of PJSC Tatneft in Almetyevsk project Administrative cluster of PJSC Tatneft in Almetyevsk is a set of buildings constructed throughout times: a 15-storey tower (built in 2010, reconstructed in 2020), a 12-storey office building (built in 1970s, renovated in 2017), an entrance group and several 1 and 2-storey extensions: conference hall and cafeteria. Reconstruction united these buildings into a complex matching the company’s status, creating an entirely new look. Tower and office building are now connected with a new entrance group. Master Plan Wadala Central Business District

After 4 years, Townland Consultants completed work on the Detailed Master Plan for Mumbai’s next Central Business District in Wadala, in the heart of the Maximum City. The authorities officially approved the Master Plan in 2018. The Client – the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority - will be at the helm of this 156 ha brownfield site transformation into a Mixed Use CBD with more than 4 million sqm of offices, retail, leisure, hospitality, apartments and civic facilities.
