UNITY
In October 2025, artist Tia-Thủy Nguyễn unveils the public artwork named Unity - A Luminous Forest in a central urban park. The installation transforms collective memory into a contemporary spatial experience, transcending the conventional monumentality of static sculpture to emerge as an abstract constellation of light. Through the interplay of metal, glass, ceramics, illumination, and sound, Unity enriches the urban landscape—infusing it with poetic resonance and offering a renewed dialogue between art, nature, and the city’s everyday rhythms.

Kö-Bogen II
8 kilometres of hornbeam hedges, over 30,000 plants – Europe’s largest green facade
The facade is an essential element of the Kö-Bogen II commercial and office building by ingenhoven architects. The ensemble marks the conclusion of an extensive urban renewal project in the heart of Düsseldorf. It also represents a paradigm shift: from an urban perspective, it signals a departure from the automotive era and a turn towards people-oriented planning. And with Europe’s largest green facade, it offers an urban response to climate change.

Bateman's Row with Ergofocus Suspended Fireplace

Theis and Khan is a London-based architecture group that designs everything from churches to shops, art galleries to health centers, offices to housing developments and more. One of their recent works was an expansive mixed-use building: 3 floors of commercial space with 4 residential units above. As it turns out, the exacting clients for this particular space were themselves. This project, known as Bateman’s Row, accommodates Theis and Khan’s office space, an art gallery and their family home in the units above.
