"Pena” is a space of contemplation and interpretation. Elegant and lightweight, the viewpoint sits effortlessly on the cliffs of Ponta da Serreta, becoming a point of cultural interest and enhancing the island’s dissemination of art and public space.
Conceptually, the viewpoint is inspired by Mendonça’s poem “O voo do Queimado”. Like a feather that falls from the Queimado and graciously lands on the ground, the viewpoint creates momentum, an emblematic image that stands out for its simplicity and forcefulness. Cliff Exterior
Making the most of stunning sea views from the full height windows on all floors each balcony has toughened frameless glass balustrades running the full width of the house with mirror polished stainless steel handrails.
With its four en suite bedrooms, guest wing and extensive leisure facilities this is a truly stunning multi-million pound new build residence on Jersey.
The exterior of the house is complemented by side fixed 15mm toughened glass frameless balustrades running its full width; making the most of stunning sea views from the balconies and full height windows on all floors. Each balustrade has a mirror polished stainless steel handrail.
