GouweZone is a sustainable office complex in Gouda for the luxury rental sector that is part of 'Gouwe Poort', a mixed industrial estate in the heart of the Randstad. The city of Gouda wanted to transform this area into a desirable office location that will be named one of the top ten of Dutch business and office parks. GouweZone is one of the first projects of this restructuring. The client asked for a sustainable, low-energy office complex with a long life span, high in comfort and with an architectonic top design.
