Asadito de Mar Escenaria reinterprets the essence of the Mexican coast within the urban setting of Plaza Escenaria in Mexico City. The project is based on a clear premise: to create a seafood restaurant that moves away from the conventional clichés of the typology and establishes a contemporary identity inspired by the aesthetics of Acapulco's Golden Age. The result is an architectural language that defines a distinctive identity for the brand while serving as a replicable model for future locations. Villa Earth is conceived as a topographic extension rather than an autonomous object, emerging from the coastal slope of the Mediterranean landscape in Greece. The project explores the relationship between architecture and terrain, where built form becomes an integral part of the landscape rather than a distinct entity. Flashback to 2011 when the Millers lived in a 570sf beach cottage on a narrow lot.  We created a budget-friendly expansion by stretching the simple form, and they happily lived there for nearly a decade. When the family grew, they found a property in the same coastal community, a stepping stone from the last. The transition was easy for the kids because the last home inspired the new design. The stairwell in between separates private and public spaces and acts as a lightwell and thermal chimney to let hot air escape through skylights. A three level 12m x 6m box was embedded into the side of a sand dune. The house has three rooms. The lower ground floor is for guests and the single space can be divided by a sliding wall into two rooms if so required. Similarly the single space on the middle level can also be divided to separate the owner’s bedroom from a small sitting area. The top floor is for living and eating and takes advantage of views across a rural landscape. The top floor is also a daylight photographic studio. MB_007 is a special project , with amazing panoramic views of the highly coveted California South Bay coast we knew we wanted to make a home that represented the contemporary architectural movement that the area is experiencing. The exterior of the house is composed of materials that will require little to no maintenance in the harsh salty air environment, such as board form concrete , break metal panels, stucco and lots of glass to enjoy the majestic view. The interior will have a timeless coastal modern feel with textures that compliment each other like reclaimed wood and natural limestone. At the first inspection, the large apartment located on the top floor of a building from the sixties appeared as a collection of large rooms where time had stood still; a dark and dismal environment despite the spaciousness, not only because of the winter light. The challenge was launched: to divide the large housing unit to obtain two units that, with half the space but multiplied light and functionality (without making changes to existing window surfaces!), conveyed through every detail the privileged feeling of staying at the beach. Located opposite McCrae beach on the Mornington Peninsula, McCrae House 1 & 2 were designed with the intention for each home to have a unique street presence, and simultaneously appear in balance.   The adjacent layouts are individual to each home, with consideration given to creating absolute privacy through staggered outdoor areas and thoughtful screening. The Tadawul-listed Emaar, The Economic City is developing King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), the region’s largest-of-its-kind real estate project in Saudi Arabia. The 181 km2 development on the Red Sea coast, energises the economy through diverse components including a port, industrial zone, and residential projects. The focal point of the coastal strip is called the Coastal Towers.
