Al Marsa

Pixarch was given the task to bring the vision of a beach paradise to life and we did so with high resolution 3D views, images, floor plans and architectural visualization. Since Al-Marsa was an entirely new concept of living in Saudi Arabia, every little detail of the project was needed to be brought to life through state-of-the-art graphics and 3D modelling. JonesDay

With respect to this early 19th-century former bank building we created a design that exudes tranquility, quality and sophistication. Careful material selections are interspersed with sparkling accents. A design language that connects the present and the past. A tribute to the modern classic architecture with sparkling additions. It reflects the identity of JonesDay Law in an almost spiritual way.The “Van Lanschot Bank” building (1914) designed by architect E.Verschuyl, is characterized by a classical façade with a modern construction behind it (Hennebique concrete skeleton). The casco has been stylishly renovated by Rijnboutt and Jones Day Law has commissioned Casper Schwarz Architects to design their new interior. We created an interior t... More

GIMV

GIMV believes and invests in ambitious companies that develop tomorrow’s solutions. As an investment company, they build market leaders. The visitors of GIMV and the subject of their meetings require a high level of privacy. At the same time GIMV is proud to show its office and people. Casper Schwarz Architects designed a one floor office in the WTC The Hague that mixes these contradictions in an almost invisible way.The floor is divided in two areas by a central diagonal partition, which supplies visibility only to those areas where privacy is not at stake. Using dark mirrored glass and carefully positioned wooden lamellas, light and sight are directed in an natural way.The reception is conventional but extraordinary in its appearance. The... More

Both the technical underlayer of the company its business model and the human aspects of this international organization asks for a balanced overall concept in which everyone can excel and enjoy. 1001 17th Street Lobby Renovation

This office building lobby had been recently renovated, but a new owner viewed the lobby as sterile and cold. The design team was given the challenge of energizing the lobby spaces, but in a cost effective way. The existing lobby was well detailed and had quality materials, but potential was discovered in the existing architectural features and color was used to accent them and add energy to the space. Seating areas were designed to give tenants and visitors areas for relaxation or a place for impromptu meetings. Free-standing light kiosks were added to highlight the seating areas and up-light fixtures were added to brighten elevator lobbies. Flat panel televisions monitors with new programming provide a view to the outside world and add li... More
