Bon Secours Community Resource Center

Bringing community together. The Bon Secours Community Resource Center repurposed  the Hollins-Payson Enoch Pratt Library, shuttered for decades, as a hub for West Baltimore, with a focus on youth. Groene Dijk

In collaboration with mHome, we participated in a tender. The client was looking for a design for 54 movable homes. The apartments/studios each had to have an area of ​​20 m² to 60 m², including a private outdoor area. Important core values ​​in this tender were portability, sustainability and quality of life.  B-too ConnectedGroene Dijk residential area was designed based on an integrated vision in which connectedness and greenery are central. Gyodong Community Center

Spatial Solutions in Response to the Bonguisan Mountain Hill Village The Bonguisan Mountain Hill Village is a small-scale urban fabric that has adapted to the local topography, creating a complex and disorganized landscape with a variety of buildings ranging from reinforced concrete and steel frames, which are prevalent in contemporary architecture, to wooden and masonry structures of the modern era.
