L48 - Adults & Children's Toy Sanctuary
Located on the ground floor of a residential building, this project transforms an elongated retail space into a dynamic family center and playroom. Centro DIF Comitancillo
Centro DIF is a community center in the heart of San Pedro Comitancillo, a small town in Oaxaca in the Istmo de Tehuantepec region. This intervention replaces a deteriorated single-level facility where care was provided to the community in overcrowded and unsanitary conditions.

Adapting the architectural program to a 212 m² plot of land has been a real challenge; In the first instance we have decided to divide the program into two levels to decongest the ground floor using an L-shaped layout. The land used for the Gaobei Community Neighborhood Center project was originally a real estate sales office. After completing its mission, it has been abandoned for nearly ten years, with damp water and the breeding of mosquitoes. Although the site is large and has lush vegetation, it cannot be used.

La Casa de la Lectura de Segovia
In 2016, the old city of Segovia had around 2,500 inhabitants and experienced a continuous population decline. Due to this decrease, the neighborhood was left with almost no social infrastructure. The library, hospital, elementary school, and many other public services abandoned the area, leaving its residents with limited cultural, health, or social resources.

Built by the Pafos Municipality and completed in 2020 the new Community Centre houses a mix of uses ranging from nursery age childcare, Kindergarten, afterschool childcare for and also a Day Centre for Pensioners all spread over 2,350 square meters on 4 separate floors which each level being specifically designed around its intended use.
