TGS HOUSE
The project flow is very dynamic. Entering the house you are already faced with a unique environment where you find the living room, dining room and tv room. A wooden sliding door separates the rooms from the gourmet kitchen, when opened it forms a fully integrated environment. A wooden door separates the social wing from the intimate wing of the house. Mi9 Comunicação needed a functional space with an identity. His project was developed from the study of the company's brand and visual identity, composed of red, black and white, and straight and simple lines. Neutral colors and textures were used as a base and the red color is occasionally found in some prominent elements.
The language used was based on industrial and contemporary styles. The industrialist refers to urbanity, cities, references to the urban advertising service in the OOH - Out of Home segment, provided by the company. Encinos House
Encinos House consist into a single-family house, which is located at the outskirts of Mexico City, inside in a private residential complex. Our premise was to create a habitable space surrounded by a vast vegetation, while inside, we created a natural and elegant environment, that stands out by the use of exposed and natural materials, in combination with daylight entrance and furniture integration.
The program is divided clearly 2 main areas -the public areas are located in ground floor, and most of the private areas take place on upper floor- those spaces are placed around a central-interior patio. This lobby is dominated by a huge concrete cube that frames the presence of the Magnolia and is filled of zenith light.
