M Condos

M Condos is located at the corner of Sandalwood Parkway West and Veterans Drive in Brampton, Ontario. The building is primarily clad with a combination of white solid panels and clear glazing, and wrapped with a chain of dark metal frames creating pockets of private, semi enclosed outdoor spaces. CORE Architects Inc. Blocks of long regular balconies on the north and south sides contrast the dynamic form of the dark metal frames. The ground floor is clad with a combination of dark stone and large sections of clear glazing. Lux Garden Faro

Lux Garden is a set of 8 buildings integrated in the Lejana de Baixo development in Faro, Algarve, Portugal, having been developed with the aim of becoming a reference in the city's new housing area. The building’s implantation and volumetry were defined by the allotment plan, in a U-shape around a yard and developing in 6 and 7 floors above ground and 2 floors below ground for parking. Fernando Guerra FG+SG The group is unitary and faces its interior, like a “courtyard house” on a larger scale. Mid-Century on Quebec

This relatively new condo was poorly cared for with outdated décor. The new homeowner requested for the interior to be updated with a more efficient floorplan to suit their lifestyle. A simple, bright colour and material palette were introduced for a youthful and energetic feel with a touch of mid-century influence. Some simple fine-tuning such as relocating doors and adding millwork created a functional space and much-desired organization space. By repeating the material specification for the entire space, wastage was reduced to a minimum. Existing appliances were utilized wherever possible.
