Slit House Satara
Set within the urban fabric of Satara, the Slit House is conceived on a gently sloping site, where sectional manipulation becomes central to the spatial experience. The defining architectural gesture is a linear “slit” that decisively divides the built mass into two primary volumes. This incision extends through walls and slabs, forming a vertical, double-height void that organizes light, ventilation, and movement throughout the house.

Platform Pilates PIK
Within the coastal fabric of Pantai Indah Kapuk, Platform Pilates by BHVR (Behavior) is anchored by a singular spatial gesture: a lobby that redefines arrival as a moment of quiet departure. As the project occupies a rented building, the design focuses on interior interventions that establish a distinct spatial identity without altering the primary structure.
Informed by the industrial language of New York’s subway stations, the design abstracts infrastructural references into a softer, more controlled interior expression. Casa Aco by Giuseppe Gurrieri Architetto merges a contemporary volume with Italian rural vernacular
In Italy’s Apulian countryside, Casa Aco by Giuseppe Gurrieri Architetto is a renovation and expansion of two typical rural buildings – or Trulli. Alongside the refurbished, curving buildings, a new volume inserted in their midst expresses a contemporary style that integrates with the existing materiality, chromatics, and geometry.

The small size of the renovated rooms and their rigid floor plans contrast with the flexibility and minimalism of the new building. And distinguishing between old and new conditions, a long and narrow skylight highlights the boundary between the two states, highlighting how the outer wall of the trullo has been incorporated into the new building.
