Drinkit at the Former Badaev Warehouses

Drinkit at 3 Kievskaya Street is located on the site formerly occupied by the Badaev Warehouses. The architects did not seek to recreate a warehouse interior. Instead, the connection to the site’s history is expressed through individual details developed specifically for this coffee shop. The team placed a safe by the entrance and installed a structure with a transparent base above the seating area, containing drip coffee bags. Openings incorporated into the interior continue the warehouse theme. These objects do not illustrate the past literally or require separate explanation; they function as unexpected artefacts that guests discover once inside the coffee shop. Amai Artisanal Bakehouse is a contemporary café and bakery located in Kolhapur, India. Designed by Gauche Studio, the project transforms an existing Kerala-inspired building into a warm and inviting hospitality space through a restrained architectural intervention that respects the character of the original structure. LFSN house

Set in the historic heart of Mazzarino, a Sicilian town layered with architectural and cultural memory, the LFSN House project exemplifies a preservation-first approach to rural regeneration. Designed by LFSN Architects, the intervention reactivates an abandoned structure while maintaining continuity with the existing urban fabric. Rather than imposing a new form, the architectural volume emerges gently beyond the original façade, asserting a clear but restrained presence within its context. Studio Jeongdongjin

Jeongdongjin – The Eastern Edge of Korea The new office of Architecture Studio YEIN is located in Jeongdongjin, a coastal village along Korea's East Sea. The name Jeongdongjin originates from its position “a village located directly east of Gwanghwamun in Hanyang, once home to a riverside ferry.” This tranquil seaside community, primarily composed of rural farming and fishing villages, features small coastal harbors and fields stretching inland.
