Ford's new World Headquarters represents a bold investment in the future of work, bringing thousands of employees together in a purpose-built environment designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and connection. The 2.1 million-square-foot campus was installed to support evolving workplace needs while creating a distinctly Ford experience through thoughtful architecture, materials, and branded design elements throughout the facility.
At the heart of the building's public spaces, Banker Wire's Delta 24RG metal drapery serves as a striking design feature integrated directly into the lobby lighting installations. Serfimex 2.0
The success of Serfimex led us to resume the additional space that was pending in the first phase and present a proposal for the growth of the commercial area. The proposal for Serfimex 2.0 arises based on the parameters defined for the original project, which includes: an operational area, a manager's area, a meeting room and booths for individual work or telephone calls with greater privacy.

Bauman Corporate
Located in Jardins, a high-class neighborhood of São Paulo, the intervention in Jaú Building can be classified as a “retrofit”, or a requalification of its pre-existing structure. The original design dates back to 1965. Its was abandoned with just the structure and envelopment finished. Bauman, a construction company, bought the building and in 2012 proposed to Studio Arthur Casas a renovation of its facade and the interior completion, now adapted for a commercial use. The building has the ground floor, 16 typical floors and a rooftop terrace. The original layout remained almost the same, with only a few changes. 17-Floor Commercial Business Center Design
Commercial buildings always tend to have very bold exteriors and highly flexible interiors, which is why this 17 floor commercial business center in the heart of Dammam, Saudi Arabia is such a qualitative success. The lobby and two stores on the ground floor are a great forefront for the parking area on the second floor, while the rest of the 15 story’s house corporate offices. The CAS design team went for a high-powered, corporate chic look for both the exterior and the interior.
The elevation consists mostly of glazed glass that counters the effects of the harsh Saudi sun – with hints of granite and aluminum in the mix. However, the interior – consisting of the lobby, parking and office corridors – is decidedly more upscale. The parking... More
