In October 2024, we were entrusted with the full redesign of Levi’s® new Brussels headquarters, located in the iconic Elite House at Porte de Namur. The relocation marked a strategic shift toward a more central address and a reduced footprint, prompting a comprehensive redefinition of the workspace program across five floors and approximately 3,150 m². Prosolia Headquarters consisted a challenge of creating a 1,000 sqm workspace for 70 employees in a spot with low ceilings and more than 80 pillars spaced closely together. The site is located at the southern end of Gwangjin Bridge, on a trapezoidal plot that had long been left undeveloped. The road in front, known as "Cheonho-dong Tool Street," is somewhat bustling, but once the building is completed, it will offer a picturesque view of the Han River framed by Achasan Mountain. The front and rear roads, with a 3.6-meter elevation difference, allow for easy underground parking without additional excavation. The Creativeview Edu-tech Headquarters is located in the New Economy Industrial Park in Panyu District, Guangzhou, which is a smart industry cluster and incubation base that integrates commercial services, working and living functions. After completion, it will attract a group of high-tech industries and strategic emerging enterprises to settle in, thus proposing new demands that are different from traditional workplaces. The Baiyun Window is located in the core business district of Baiyun New City, Guangzhou, with a height of 130m and a total construction area of 110,000㎡.  In combination with the regional environment, the overall layout is meant to being open to the city. City squares and commercial blocks were designed for the public, with a three-story staircase on the northeast side of the entrance, the sense of ceremony is emphasised. Developed by Brusnika in 2018, the office complex in Kandinsky House, Yekaterinburg, hosts the company’s HQ. A five-storey building with a GFA of 4500 metres square, it looks like a glass rectangular adjacent to the residential block at a 90° angle. Bronze-tinted HPL panels finish the building, with the foundation and the top clad with dark gabbro granite, the finishing material of the facade. Metal pillars support the office complex from the first to the fourth floor, lightening the structure and forming shade above the entrance.
