Brotherton Cadillac

Brotherton Cadillac opened its doors in the summer of 2023 to customers in the Shoreline, Washington area. The exterior of their beautiful showroom features ALPOLIC metal composite materials in finishes of CPW White and Mica Anodic Clear. In total, 162 sheets of cladding were used (131 of White and 31 of Mica), for an overall total of 14,500 square feet. Building exteriors make for a great opportunity to extend a brand’s image, which is what ONPA Architects accomplished for the Jen-Col Construction Corporate Office in Alberta, Canada. The company’s prior corporate office was located in Stony Plain, but when they outgrew the space they chose to move their headquarters to Acheson, in a new facility that would inspire, motivate and welcome visitors and staff. Ford moved its Dutch headquarters, including FCE Bank, to The Oak Building, a wing of the Garden Offices in Amstelveen. Before the design phase, DZAP ran a technical due diligence investigation and then worked towards a design for a modern, open, transparent office. The characteristics: distinctive, inspiring, functional, robust, and with a clear Ford identity. The use of heavy industrial elements evokes the atmosphere of an old-fashioned garage. Mediq is an international player in the healthcare sector, which had to consolidate a number of its offices into one new 10,000-m² main office in De Meern. What Mediq wanted was a contemporary interior that would demonstrate openness and accessibility to all users: an office that promotes cooperation and that is open to the employees and clients of Mediq. The central atrium is inviting, with cosy sitting corners, natural light and pure and simple materials, all of which make the user feel welcome. Abdul Latif Jameel Investments Head Office The interior architecture and space planning for the new Abdul Latif Jameel Investments office in Jeddah, KSA, follows the branding guidelines of the company. The employee areas enhance company brand values with a design that emphasizes transparency and an atmospheric quality. The office concept consists of three main components: “the welcome area”, “the village”, and “the open workspace”.
