Famous for their sculptural and design-forward home fitness device, AMP needed a workspace that mirrors the same sense of refinement, minimalism, and effortless elegance. Keppel Centre for Art Education

“A world of wonder for children led by independent discovery, grounded by research and well-being advocacy” WY-TO Singapore was announced as the winner of the Keppel Centre for Art Education in early 2023. The practice based in Singapore and Paris, with expertise in experiential design, was invited to participate in the Research and Design tender. Participating firms were called upon to propose an innovative revamp of the 1,500 sqm art centre guided by their research methodology. Is desk sharing the way forward for law firms? The model is currently being tested at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP (NRF) in Hamburg’s “Springer Quartier”. The team of CSMM developed an innovative workplace design for the global firm that – for the first time – does away with personalised workstations. Every member of staff, whether partner or associate, is free to choose where they work on a day-to-day basis, with shared desks, personal caddies and other tools designed to facilitate collaboration as well as concentration. Known as Imperial Street, Middle Zhongshan Road was one of the most important streets of Hangzhou in Southern Song Dynasty. The prosperity and flourishment of this busy street lasted till the 1990s. In the early 2000s, with the business core area shifted, Middle Zhongshan Road became a pedestrian street in the old town where  culture relics of old Hangzhou remains.  Caption Our renovation project is located at No. 295, Middle Zhongshan Road, near the Jishanfang Alley.
