Designed by ALTER STUDIO, the new 500 sqm floor for AMP expands the company’s presence while staying true to its core values of wellness, innovation, and beauty.

For AMP, a fast-growing wellness tech startup, the brief was never about adding more desks - it was about crafting an environment that reflects who they are.

Famous for their sculptural and design-forward home fitness device, AMP needed a workspace that mirrors the same sense of refinement, minimalism, and effortless elegance.

The new floor celebrates natural materials, soft geometry, and a calming palette. Custom plastered walls and gently curved partitions guide movement through the space with an organic flow. Light oak flooring, rounded columns, and brushed metal planters introduce warmth, texture, and subtle innovation.

The open workspace is bright and expansive, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with daylight and reveal sweeping city views. Each workstation is paired with white mesh chairs and minimal storage, enhancing visual clarity and a sense of lightness. Between the desks, lush greenery in satin-finish planters brings a biophilic rhythm that reinforces the company’s wellness-driven approach.

At the heart of the plan sits a communal hub - a sunlit kitchen with natural wood cabinetry that serves as both a meeting point and a peaceful retreat. Soft lounge zones and semi-private glass meeting rooms create adaptable environments for focus, collaboration, or rest. Every element - from the custom lighting fixtures to the radiused corners - echoes AMP’s dedication to balance and thoughtful detail.

This project goes beyond office design. It’s a spatial reflection of AMP’s identity - a blend of wellness, clarity, sophistication, and innovation.
