Casa Milanesi
Set in the rural landscape of Istria, Casa Milanesi transforms a century-old barn into a contemporary home while preserving the character of its original architecture.
The project is part of ALT Spaces’ ongoing Casa series, which explores the adaptive reuse of historic buildings through a contemporary residential lens. For Casa Milanesi, the challenge was to introduce the comfort and functionality of modern living without losing the atmosphere, materiality and structural qualities of the original barn.

MTVARYSA: A Villa That Doesn't Simply Stand on Pag—It Emerges from It
Nature on the island of Pag is never merely a backdrop. It is the central protagonist of every story this remarkable landscape tells. Stone, the bora wind, the sun, and the sea come together to shape a setting so distinctive that it is almost impossible to compare it with any other part of the Croatian coast. This extraordinary environment became the starting point for MTVARYSA, a contemporary villa in Novalja designed by architect Sanja Vrančić and her studio, SANJA VRANČIĆ ARCHITECTS.

Case Atrio
Case Atrio is a dual residential project comprising Casa Nini and Casa Maria in Rovinj, Croatia. It is rooted in family memory and spatial continuity, built on land once belonging to the grandparents whose names the houses bear. Rather than maximising footprint or formal expression, the design focuses on longevity, environmental moderation, and the presence of landscape as the primary structuring element.

Konoba Ćakula
The Konoba Ćakula restaurant, is located in at Vladimira Nazor 7, near the Episcopal Complex of the Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč (Croatia) that is also a part of the UNESCO World Heritage.

My inspiration was the very word "Ćakula", which means "conversation" or "chat" in the Istrian dialect.I wanted to give the Istrian soul to the restaurant in a modern way using stone, micro concrete, corten and oak wood.
