Two bespoke glass chandeliers were created for an $89M private estate in Beverly Park, Los Angeles, developed by Paradigm Developers. Each installation was designed specifically for the scale, proportions and character of its architectural setting. This 130 m² café is conceived as a bright and welcoming all-day space designed for everyday use by local residents. The project transforms an empty space into a carefully structured interior where functionality, atmosphere, and material expression are brought into balance. The spatial organisation revolves around an open kitchen that acts as both the functional core and the visual centerpiece of the café. Finished in stainless steel and metal-fronted cabinetry, it introduces a subtle industrial character that is softened by warm wooden elements connecting it to the dining area. A beautifully renovated periodic home, nestled in a cul-de-sac street of a coveted neighbourhood, marries Melbourne’s great loves – footy and food. @ilanel The homeowners commissioned their architect to design an expansive two-storey extension at the back of the property.
