Sculptural forms and innovative design are the main features of “Pebble” proposed project for developers "Masharii“ and „The Land“ for the mixed-use tower in Limassol. The inspiration for the project was directly in front of AVA's team- at the wonderful beach, or more precisely in the simple childhood memory of playing with pebbles and stacking them on top of each other. It is exactly this plain expression of beauty and freedom that inspired the final form of the building. The project`Villa Cyprus`is a country house located in southern Cyprus. The complex as a whole consists of a 560 sq.m residential block, two swimming pools located on two levels, recreation areas and a technical block with indoor parking and outbuildings. The residential area is located on one level with panoramic glazing overlooking the swimming pools and the Mediterranean Sea.    The main house boasts two bedrooms, four bathrooms, two dressing rooms, a living room / home cinema, kitchen, and dining room. The aim of the project is the development of a new building next to the existing Paphos District court building to provide additional court rooms alongside office space. The new building sits in the plot next to the existing court, which was previously used as a car park.The design aims to create a continuation of the street elevation between the two buildings, inserting like an abstract form, which maintains the general scale of the street and the area and showcase the human scale as well. The building is located in a 28,470sqm plot with 170 meters-long sea-facing south border, less than 25m away from the beach, allowing for a commercial piazza of branded shopping & dining, as well as uninterrupted views to the Mediterranean Sea. It was designed in cooperation with Benoy Architects of London. Its from is inspired by the Mediterranean smooth and curved sea waves in the south, as well as the shape of low hills in the north, the project’s unique sinusoidal curves are manifested in both the main elevation and the floor plans with the curved walls and balconies creating a unique sculptural shape of 14,500 sqm.
