The “Sixty-one”Author’s report The “Sixty-one”, a home with the number Freedomky No.061, was assembled (to the surprise of neighbours) during one autumn Friday from 7 am to 3 pm, followed by the construction of the carport and terrace. It uses its compositional dimensions and sizes from the author’s previous modules and places them above each other, smaller S (4 x 7m) on top of larger M (4 x 11,5m). Modules were brought to the site fully furnished and equipped, including furniture. A newly built brewery building with a restaurant and a bakery, a two floor construction located at the periphery of a Prague residential area called HostivarThe brewery is located at the periphery of a Prague residential area with a view of the adjacent golf course. It is in direct pedestrian relation to the railway station Praha – Horní Měcholupy. The Hostivar Brewery H2 is the younger brother of Hostivar Brewery 1 that lays about 1 km away.The shape of the floor plan is influenced by the uneven shape of the parcel. Author’s report The assignment for me as the designer and my studio - as the implementer, was as follows - Recreate a relatively new, medium sized maisonette apartment in Prague city centre for the needs and level of cosmopolitan couple, while I got almost unlimited freedom as the author. Residential houses are located on a visually exposed southern slopes above the city center Luhacovice. It forms one of the first objects emerging residential enclave in this place. Location of home helps create a horizon of the surrounding landscape. For this reason, much attention was paid to a soft hilly relief was not disrupt the fitting of rough objects or significant relief changes. The concept is based on the idea of keeping maximal of the original slope. It was achieved by distribution of homes into two materials. Malá scéna (Společenský dům) was built in the year 1937 according to the architect Karfík design. At the time of its construction, it was a peculiar architectonic object lying somewhere between the Zlín industrial tradition and the constructivism of Russian avant-gardes.
