In this project,From the first, it was demanded to replace the main zones of the apartment. For example, a big space of the existing kitchen was taken up by bathroom. our client made the demands fully consciously with the right understanding of the space and we only tried to look at them in our point of view to fulfill what was demanded. There was a major problem and that was the long corridor with a short ceiling at the beginning of the entrance. Dezigne was commissioned by Chatime UK to fully design and deliver their refurbishment at their Nottingham branch. Our special projects and interior design team started a dialog with the client and created a mood board with creative suggestions.After a detailed design and procurement period we produced accurate photorealistic images for the proposed design. Those designed our shopfitter team converted them to CAD drawing for the productions of the counters and special planter wall. Located in a small beachfront community in South Africa, Project La Belle Vue was a creative design collaboration between Bomax Architects, headed up by Dion Walters, and OKHA. The house was to provide a place of sanctuary and repose from the fast paced life of this international executive. From its elevated position, the house has spectacular views of both mountain and ocean which are visible from every aspect of the house. Meeting the residents' desire to obtain large spaces in a light atmosphere, using delicate colors, this project seeks to value two important characteristics of the apartment: its great natural light and its large social area.The dining, living and television rooms are arranged in a single environment that is integrated to the gourmet terrace and kitchen. The 12 meter long ripped panel acts as a backdrop for all the social area. Two-floor apartment located in the Moscow Tribeca complex. Previously, the building belonged to the plant of counting and analytical machines named after V.D. Kalmykov. The main feature of the apartment is the high ceiling, which made it possible to create a second floor. The area of ​​the first floor is 48 m2, total 72 m2. Roselind Wilson Design was appointed to provide the full interior design service for this 5,500 square foot mock-Tudor property in Richmond and was delighted to be involved in this unique project on a property with such character and style.The property was built in 1920 and extended in 1960. The original Annexe was separate from the main building but after a full refurbishment, it was joined to the main house.
