APÊ Mini Closet
Located in São Paulo, the 37m² apartment features a living room with integrated kitchen and laundry room, a home office, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a mini closet.
The project, designed by architect Carolina Bosio Quinzani, was developed for a young adult.

The layout follows a dynamic and free flow to connect the different spaces seamlessly and effortlessly. In this project, every nook and cranny was utilized to its fullest potential to accommodate various activities. This is the case with the home office corner, which manages to bring comfort and functionality to a small area with an expanded countertop.

Project developed with the purpose of selling gourmet products with the greatest focus on cod.
It was intended that the space transports the visitor to an environment framed in the history of cod with a more contemporary context.

It can, it should and it is comfortable!
Passive House in exposed concrete and all on one floor! The structure grows and the formwork follows it. The central courtyard is also a sheltered refuge of a man's friend. A space designed so that when you leave home, you can also stay outdoors. Between smoked eucalyptus and varnished copper, textures and objects were the perfect selection for a promised goatling.

How would it be if I grew up in that place? How it would be if to know the reality of a friend since I was a little kid? A generously sized field that included a wall, two staircases and granite columns, between the constructed that would serve the future, an imaginary house in their intentions, were the starting point to realize that it would have to develop housing on two platforms. Superior, as a point of arrival able to be showed to the square, leaving it breathing before a permeable seal in sight. Another Inferior, trusting privacy and silence where the word comfort stands.
