Located in São Paulo, the 37m² apartment features a living room with integrated kitchen and laundry room, a home office, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a mini closet.

The project, designed by architect Carolina Bosio Quinzani, was developed for a young adult.

The layout follows a dynamic and free flow to connect the different spaces seamlessly and effortlessly. In this project, every nook and cranny was utilized to its fullest potential to accommodate various activities. This is the case with the home office corner, which manages to bring comfort and functionality to a small area with an expanded countertop.

The same goes for the bedroom, which, despite being an apartment of just 37m², has a queen-size bed, comfortable circulation, and a super-spacious mini closet.

The main idea behind this project was to connect the resident to the space. Since this was his first apartment, he wanted to bring more of his personality without sacrificing comfort and functionality.

To achieve this, we incorporated some standout elements that make this space unique. Such as the mini closet and home office corner mentioned above, as well as the solid wood kitchen and laundry countertops.

Or the piece of furniture behind the sofa that houses the resident's skateboards and decorative pieces.

Or even the bathroom that is marked by the super different metalon shower enclosure with glass.
