Beyond the line: mobility draws a new urban geography for Nantes
In Nantes, a pioneering city for tramways in France, the new lines on the Île extend a legacy in which mobility and urban transformation go hand in hand. Lines 6, 7 and 8 are redefining metropolitan connections between Rezé, the heart of Nantes and the northern and western territories, while supporting the profund transformations of the districts they pass through. Located in Jumeirah Islands, the Khurana villa showcases thoughtful design. Created by Dubai-based design studio Designsmith, every aspect of this home has been meticulously planned to suit the unique lifestyle of its residents.

From the beginning, the design team, led by Mihir Sanganee, the Co-founder and Creative Director at Designsmith, understood the homeowners’ fondness for socialising and hosting guests. This understanding shaped the design approach. Using rustic iron sliding doors, the living space is divided, offering cosy seating areas when closed and an open, spacious environment for entertaining.

Rongcheng Children's Palace
Rongcheng Children's Palace is located in Shandong, a coastal city. Excellent performance is a necessary factor in the face of harsh weather, and this was the main reason for choosing dassoCTECH, as it is stable, hard, mold, and termite resistant. The boardwalk extends to the roof with strong lines. dassoCTECH is applied to complement the surrounding scenery, creating an atmosphere of nature, elegance, and comfort.
