The Deux Rives project is the largest development project in Strasbourg since the Neustadt was built between 1871 and 1918. Aim is to redesign the Strasbourg-Kehl axis and to realise a transnational two-shore metropolis. The Dock 1 construction site on the Rhine Canal (Petit Rhin) marks the prelude of the redesign of the “Citadelle” harbour district. This story of success began almost four years ago when a local real estate company and us decided to take the risk and develop a proposal in this site with very good location. The buildable area was due for a small apartment building, but the need of terrace houses was strong. The houses are organized in white & dark-grey volumes moving in and out to get the maximum sun light for main spaces and the small garden. All five owners bought their homes on the plan and had the opportunity to change partitions and finishes during the process.  More

The new construction Courtyard by Marriott will be a 31-Storey, 120,000 gross square feet, 317-key Hotel located across the street from the World Trade Center Memorial in Downtown Manhattan. Amenities are to include ground floor retail, a fitness center, a 6th level Amenity floor and a Roof Top Bar/Terrace.
