Innovative designSant Isidre is a new multi-family building developed by Sorigué. It contains 50 homes, two commercial properties, parking for 104 cars, and 50 storage units. It is located in the municipality of Sabadell, in the Vallès Occidental region, near Barcelona. The design highlights the building’s unique volumes, which stand out against the surrounding urban environment. It acts as a landmark in a neighborhood that was previously characterized by traditional low-rise houses and industrial warehouses. Caption Caption Casa Vereda's design arises from the idea of embracing the social spaces of the house, in such a way that the rest of the areas are articulated through it. In such a way that the formal solution is the conceptual result of a clamp that takes as its main element, the living room, the double-height dining room, and direct contact with the garden as the content and the rest of the house as the container.
