Luxury villa in Sotogrande
This custom-designed, modular luxury residence has an area of 290 m² distributed over a single floor, representing a true oasis of comfort and elegance. It includes an additional structure known as a "pool house", which complements the main residence, creating an even more luxurious atmosphere. The villa, designed with an M-shaped layout, boasts a contemporary design and uses industrialized modular construction techniques, reinterpreting the classic and recognisable Mediterranean architecture.

Casa VV
The house is located in "La Molina" Lima, Peru. The site is aprox. 1000m2 and the house gross area is aprox. 650m2. The house is divided in two volumes, the smaller one which includes the social area, and the bigger one which includes the rooms on the second level and the studio, kitchen, living and dining on the first floor. Both volumes are articulated by the swimming pool and garden.
