Spaces Dai Nagoya
REGUS Dai Nagoya is located on the 25th floor of Dai Nagoya Building, in front of Nagoya Station. As the city's symbol, the building has been loved as the face of Nagoya for decades but closed down in 2013 for renovation. It has given rise to a total of over 33,000 square meters of large customer facilities with 4 basements and 34 floors, allowing for the residents of the Nagoya/Tokai region to enjoy shopping and dining at "high quality," "trendy" stores and to "work," "live," and "rest". The client wants to create the dynamic and modern workplace with traditional inspiration.

Alba Wellness Resort is a Vietnamese countryside property built on the very birthplace of a natural hot spring discovered since 1928 under the foot of Truong Son Mountains. Located 30km north of Hue City, this newly opened resort is nestled in a tranquil land cradled by tropical forest, hot & cold streams and a local lifestyle rich in Hue traditions.

Located on the bank of West Lake - Hanoi, 88 Lounge is a wine bar & restaurant that brings you an experience like no other. Stemming from the love for wine, 88 Lounge desires to spread the wine culture from the very heart of Hanoi.
Our idea is to create an ideal space for wine lovers. To do that, the architects came up with an architectural layout that is a mixed bag of oriental culture and traditional French country style. We went with the clean and reliable concrete floor. Next, comfortable, colorful furniture is used to counter the relatively cold floor tiles. SPACES Champion Shanghai Center
Located in the heart of Shanghai and within 45 minutes drive of two international airports, the convenient location makes it a breeze to travel to nearby attractions, such as: the Shanghai Film Museum, the Adidas Football Park and the beautiful Dong'an Park, etc. through easily accessible means like trains and metro. We had the pleasure to renovate the 1800 sqm basement into an ideal working space, consisting of fully equipped private and shared area as well as entertainment and relaxation corners.

SPACES Rialto
Located at the heart of Melbourne, Spaces Rialto is in a building that defines the city's skyline. We designed the first three floors of the building, offering 2580 sqm with fully equipped private and shared workspaces, entertainment, and relax areas. The architect team worked closely with Spaces to achieve consistent branding throughout the project, which revolves around a contemporary industrial design with open, well-lit, and connected corridors.

Located at 41A Ly Thai To Street, Sentinel Place is a Grade A high quality office development in Hanoi's central business districts. Just a stone's throw from famous landmarks such as Hoan Kiem Lake, the Sofitel Metropole Hanoi, and the State Bank of Vietnam, Sentinel Place owns the most convenient access to different areas of the city.
