DREAM completes hybrid timber office building with 3x3 basketball courts for Paris 2024 Athletes’ Village
French architectural studio DREAM completed a hybrid timber office building topped with 3x3 basketball courts as part of the Paris 2024 Athletes’ Village. The low-carbon building is providing office space during the Olympics and Paralympics. An adaptable design seeks to ensure use of the building beyond the period of the Games.

Lozaits-Seguin ESAT
In January 2024, the DREAM AGENCY inaugurated the Lozaits-Seguin Work Assistance Establishment and Services (ESAT) in Villejuif (Grand Paris - France). A social and solidarity-based project, the 3,570 m² facility welcomes over 150 people with disabilities in a comfortable, bright, and adapted environment.

URBAN CONTEXT
This project is part of a New Urban Renewal Program (NPNRU) sector led by the Grand Orly Seine Bièvre territorial public establishment (EPT) and the city of Villejuif. Located in a priority urban policy district, it contributes to the urban redevelopmentof the northern part of the Lozaits area.
