DublDoms on a forest slope
Interesting projects are born in difficult times. This land lot has been waiting in the wings for many years. Located on a steep hill, with large trees, surrounded by pine forests and hiking trails, it inspired interesting projects, but they were constantly delayed due to the potential complexity of the work. 2022 turned out to be a difficult year, and it was at this time that the desire of the owner came together with the capabilities of the DublDom team and their partners to make a bright and unusual project. It became a real challenge for all participants.

Luxury modular house "DUB"
We had a difficult task - to assemble a large luxury single-family house from the modules produced at the factory.But first, it is important to say what the word "Modular" means to us. This is a house consisting of volumetric modules, in which all the interior decoration, electrics, plumbing, and possibly even furniture are made at the factory. Such a house is assembled in the production, delivered by trucks and installed with a crane in one day on the lot. Another 1-2 weeks are required for the final exterior finish. We have already done projects from 16 to 110 square meters, but this is the first time we have designed such a large serial modular house.

Forest DublDom
The «Kashtan» DublDom home, as it’s called, so impressed the audience that many started dreaming about their serene residence surrounded by the forest. Eventhough nature offers you a peaceful environment, it also poses a challenge for your dwelling. While planning this elevated home, we considered how the trees will affect the property and home experience. Our goal was to provide a home to harmonize with its surroundings.

DublDom-Kandalaksha
DublDom was created and installed as a gift for the town of Kandalaksha and for Alexander Trunkovkiy that have won the competition “Find your place 2016” ( http://dubldom-place.com/). The contestants had to show photos of their place and tell why DublDom should be installed there. The winner was chosen following the next criteria: future function of the house, social importance and life perception of the participant. We had more than 500 applications and we’ve chosen Alexander Trunkovkiy that has suggested to install DublDom at the hillock Volosyanaya near Kandalaksha and use it as a shelter for tourists and lovers of the active leisure.The project is based on the standard modules of DublDom and the interior space was fully re-designed...
