Center for applied games in collaboration with Valery Chong. In an former tattoomuseum, a group of companies formed Applied Games. Creative minds in a booming market, with each and every one having their own wishes. Common divider were spaces for a quick chat and places to 'scrum'. We chose to create a common element to connect every floor. An element which would make you happy when you're at work. We tried a rocket, but that didn't work, in the end we ended up with plants hanging from the ceiling across all floors in the staircase. An appartement in Wassenaar was a custom design for a single person household. The entire space has an open character by using ceiling-high doors an movable walls and closets. By incorporating the surrounding park, the appartement is luxurious resulting in a nice home for a single person. All rooms have a light ceiling with maximum height, hallways are darker and have lower ceilings, making the appartement clear and making sure spaces is experienced when needed. The bathroom has a teak-deck, with a personal taste for sustainable wood in the bathrooms, we created a very luxurious feel with glass mosaic tiles and Corian. This farm was originaly build as two adjoining houses. The owners asked us to make a plan to join the two houses into one big house. It wasn't just any renovation, some serious changes had to be made by breaking through the firewall. The owners already lived in one house, to make sure we weren't going to repeat functions, we updated both houses, to make a symbiotic home. Surrounding gardens are drawn into the building by adding a big glass wall on the southside of the design. Creating several lines of sight in the house and towards the garden. The result is a luxurious home which is ready for use. More

This design was about moving into a new building. We tried to move and use as many excisting elements into the new location. Just so we had to minimize the materials and financial investment, yet making a fresh and industrial bakery. The new location was a lot bigger, which resulted in a nice seating area, to have a cup of coffee and a nice sandwich. By placing the seating area and the front of the store, people get drawn in and see the comfortable cozy charisma. It wasn't just about re-using materials, also new regrowable materials were used. By adding LED lights into the cable trays, we created a friendly looking bakery. More

Above the store in the industrial building, there already was an office with storagespace. The storage space moved to a different location and another office location was added to this one. A storagespace isn't initially make up for a good office. So the question is how do we create a nice office in a dreary industrial area? We decided to cut the roof open and make a patio, which changed the focus to the outside. The frontdesk didn't need to be a desk anymore, just a place where people can check-in. The biggest challenge was staff, mainly because there were two groups. the innovators and the conservative people. A church in which a complete glass tower is build. With glass surrounding every floor with an open officespace in the nave. A draft was the result of the glass tower, we tried some transparant membrane, which followed the contours of the ceiling.The membrane never happende, but everything else did. We tried in this NedMobiel B.V project to keep as much connection to the church and its spaces as possible. All glass sides stayed intact, which resulted in freely placed pantries on every floor. Building and interior delivered following phased renovationRabobank's distinctive main office in Utrecht, which dates from the 1980’s, has been transformed into a dynamic working environment that will serve the bank well for the next 25 years, all thanks to a design by OIII architects. The original office hallways have made way for a flowing working environment. The spatial organisation sets a scene of rest and dynamism, analogous to the city where a dynamic centre is surrounded by tranquil suburbs. The shape of the building, which features three wings joining onto a central hub formed a forceful contour. Newly built Campus Oude God with nursery and primary school with sports hall (According to passive standard for 650 pupils in existing park master plan) The new campus in the 'Oude God' park area in Mortsel accommodates the three existing urban primary schools and kindergartens from the immediate vicinity. The new school complex needs to be a sustainable, energy-efficient building offering cultural and social added value.  The competition for the design project for the new school was won in 2005 by Binst Architects. As a utilities service provider (electricity, natural gas, cable television and sewage system), Infrax (now Fluvius) serves as an important role model for sustainable and energy-efficient construction. The high level of ambition was translated into a conceptual competition design that is totally consistent with Infrax's corporate identity. The characteristic ecological and sustainable values were translated into a project that is a metaphor of a forest: a multitude of slender concrete trunks topped with a broad green 'crown'.
