Casa Levante
In a historic building in the center of Catanzaro, a former office space has been transformed into a private apartment through a deep, comprehensive renovation. The original load-bearing beams—now integrated into the hallway wall—alongside the existing window placements, guided the creation of a new, fluid layout defined by a continuous, light-filled space with dual exposure.

Toile de jouy
Toile de Jouy is a 57 sqm interior project in Milan that explores the dialogue between decorative heritage and contemporary living. Classic patterns and layered colours are paired with warm materials and bespoke furnishings, shaping an intimate and refined domestic landscape. The project reinterprets ornament as a spatial tool, enhancing perception and depth while supporting everyday functionality. Through an eclectic yet balanced language, the design weaves together aesthetics, use and identity, resulting in a coherent environment with a strong, personal character.

Lavish Choclate Boutique
Kuwait City, Kuwait, 2025
Amid the calm corridors of a maternity hospital, Lavish by Office 313 emerges as an unexpected composition of warmth and indulgence. Conceived as a micro architecture of calm luxury, the boutique reinterprets the act of chocolate buying into a sensory experience where tactility, light, and proportion invite a moment of pause within a clinical environment.
Lavish occupies a modest footprint, yet its spatial language feels expansive. The design begins with a continuous frame that defines the boutique’s perimeter, its curved geometry guiding movement while maintaining openness to the surrounding corridor. This threshold instantly signals a shift in atmosphere, from sterile to sensorial, from public to personal... More

Georgian Terrace House in South London
The kitchen and dining room are located in the basement of a Georgian house. Persistent dampness and a lack of natural light led to the recommendation of terrazzo flooring with a light-gray composition featuring white marble. The entire color palette was chosen in warm tones, complemented by open timber furniture structures. The clients expressed interest in refurbishing their dining set and purchasing shelves for the niches. Additionally, they asked for advice on what could blend well with the PLUCK Modern Kitchens style while maintaining an eclectic touch.
