The project consists of a three-story family apartment building, featuring two flats with three bedrooms each and a top-floor apartment with three bedrooms and a mezzanine level. All apartments offer two ensuite rooms and a master bedroom, along with open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. The rooftop garden is accessible to all residents, creating a shared outdoor space. Blending contemporary modern living with elements of traditional Cypriot architecture, the design draws inspiration from the geometric expressions found in the old streets of Larnaca. The building comprises three houses: a main family house with three bedrooms, an open living kitchen, and dining room; a small family home with one bedroom, an open kitchen, and living room; and a guest studio and garage, which have direct access from the main street via a staircase. The main family house is located on the upper part of the site’s massing, with entrance through a beautiful courtyard. The plot is located near the archaeological site of Ancient Corinth, where prehistoric, Hellenistic and Roman findings have been discovered. In the Northwest the plot is facing the sea (Corinthian gulf) and in the South, the Acrocorinth, a rocky cliff 575 meters high where the castle of Ancient Corinth (700 BC) is located.
