30x5 House

This project is a practice in designing a series of residential units on a plot measuring 5 meters wide by 30 meters long. The design sought to reinterpret the concept of the villa with a brand-new approach. Aiming to create high-quality living spaces for four individuals or young couples with diverse and sometimes common needs in a bustling urban environment, the design ensures natural light and airflow for each unit. These four adjacent units, each approximately 40 square meters in interior space, along with generous roof terraces and distinct staircases.
