Dental Clinic in Chamberí, Madrid

The project consists of the integral conditioning of a commercial space located in the Madrid neighborhood of Chamberí for the installation of a dental clinic and, in parallel, determine the parameters that will define the corporate image of the company.The premises are arranged in two heights, with an upper floor access from the street that runs parallel to a broad facade front developed over five large gaps. The facade to the street, of northwest orientation, is located in a building with integral urban protection. iA_house

The iA_house is located in a residential area comprising detached houses. It is accessed from the streets on the east and west sides of the block on which the plot is situated. It has an irregular and slightly longitudinal shape. The compact building was designed according to a basic requirement of the property owners: not break the continuity of the free outdoor space between the two streets, a condition that determined the orientation of the house and its relationship with the exterior. Rivas-Futura Underground Station [METRO de Madrid]

The building´s architecture is a consequence of the surrounding context and its brief, which includes a new underground station, the public spaces to access the station and two parking areas. Located between two operating underground stations, the building process was determined by the aim of continuing with the train services during the works. The station is placed alongside the existing train rail, with a significant level change both sides of the track. To provide a single hall accessed from the parking areas at both levels in connection with the platforms at the lower level was a design principle. Podium. SECONDARY SCHOOL AND COOKING SCHOOL IN PLASENCIA

CONTEXT: The School is located in the west border of the city of Plasencia, within the San Miguel neighbourhood, and is bounded by a small industrial area to the south and an undeveloped area to the west. The building is placed alongside the existing train rail, with a significant level change of 12 meters across the site. It provides Compulsory Secondary Education, Higher Secondary Education and Cooking and Restaurant Vocational Training facilities. CONCEPT: The building´s architecture is a product of its orientation and surrounding context. GYM PAVILION IN JARAÍZ DE LA VERA

CONTEXT: The gym pavilion is built inside the plot of an existing school located at the south border of Jaraiz de la Vera, being accessible from an end-of-line street from Constitucion Avenue. Parallel to the north boundary of the plot, the new gym pavilion location responds to a double intention: - to maintain the biggest area available dedicated to playground linked with both the existing school and the new pavilion. - to deal with the new street at the north and the future green area of the town . GYM PAVILION IN MALPARTIDA

Enabling the improvement of the existing "Quercus" State Secondary School facilities, the scheme organizes the exterior area of the School, providing play spaces and a new gym pavilion. Located at the highest level of the north border of the town of Malpartida de Plasencia, the site has is a significant level change of 17 m across it. Landscaping: the brief includes a new vehicular access from the Town Center as well as a new external playground area and a 22 x 44m sport court. The aim has been to create a high quality landscape by enabling better connections between the town, the existing school building and the new gym pavilion, making the area more pleasant and accessible for the students.
