GORA – Green Office and Residential Area
GORA (meaning FOREST in Bulgarian) stands for Green Residential and Office Area complex. The concept is about creating a sustainable and inspiring city environment where people can work and live close to nature. Located on the slopes of the Vitosha mountain, near the city center, it offers a mix of high-tech business environment and multi-family residential areas. It consists of 4 apartment buildings and 1 office building.

Russell and Dawson provided architecture design services and engineered a 64,000 sq. ft. space for the construction of a new hotel with a project value of $ 15 million. We provided design-build services including Architectural, Structural, and MEP Design Services, Construction Administration, and Closeout. Russell and Dawson was also a general contractor for this project. The hotel is located off Highway 12 amid Key Road Plaza retailers and casual dining. The hotel amenities include a fitness center, heated indoor pool, sunlit conference room, and business center. Hampton Inn at Keene is a limited-service hotel with wood frame construction.
