Russell and Dawson provided architecture design services and engineered a 64,000 sq. ft. space for the construction of a new hotel with a project value of $ 15 million. We provided design-build services including Architectural, Structural, and MEP Design Services, Construction Administration, and Closeout. Russell and Dawson was also a general contractor for this project. The hotel is located off Highway 12 amid Key Road Plaza retailers and casual dining. The hotel amenities include a fitness center, heated indoor pool, sunlit conference room, and business center. Hampton Inn at Keene is a limited-service hotel with wood frame construction. The construction is expected to be completed by the end of this year and the hotel plans to accommodate guests by December 2021.
