The new AMCO headquarters in Milan, located within “The Bridge” Business Campus and designed by Progetto CMR, interprets the company’s evolution through a scalable, sustainable and agile workplace, conceived to support new ways of working. Covering 4,800 sqm across seven above-ground floors, the interior design is based on a desk-sharing model and a flexible spatial configuration. The design draws directly from Unilever's iconic logo, translating its curved forms and brand palette into a spatial language that reflects the company's everyday product range. Cambodian cultural references are integrated throughout: warm rattan and bamboo lighting highlights traditional craftsmanship, while the reception counter takes its cues from intricate temple art.
