The new AMCO headquarters in Milan, located within “The Bridge” Business Campus and designed by Progetto CMR, interprets the company’s evolution through a scalable, sustainable and agile workplace, conceived to support new ways of working.
Covering 4,800 sqm across seven above-ground floors, the interior design is based on a desk-sharing model and a flexible spatial configuration.
The spaces are organized to respond to different operational needs: focus rooms for concentration, phone booths for individual activities, meeting rooms for exchange, and lounges and break areas for informal meetings and collaboration.
The project places people’s well-being and workplace quality at the centre. AMCO has started the process to obtain LEED Commercial Interior Gold certification and, among the first in Italy, Fitwel certification, confirming its focus on health, comfort and sustainability.
The result is a contemporary, efficient and adaptable workplace, where spatial design supports the organization, encourages operational agility and contributes to the company’s future growth.
